Charles leads PMI Metro Lakes with over two decades of diverse real estate experience, including brokerage, corporate real estate, mergers and acquisitions, property management, and asset optimization.
Raised by his aunt and uncle, both real estate developers and investors, Charles discovered a passion for real estate early in life, fueling a career focused on transforming properties into high-performing assets. In the corporate sector, he excelled at optimizing portfolios, negotiating complex transactions, and leading successful teams across the U.S. and Canada with a fortune 50 company.
As a seasoned investor in residential and short-term rentals, Charles combines practical expertise with an MBA, specialized in Finance from Hult International Business School, where he graduated with distinction. His skills in leadership, financial analysis, and strategic planning are instrumental in driving the company’s success.
In his free time, Charles enjoys fishing, martial arts, and spending quality time with his wife, daughter, and their two spirited beagles.

Nicole has a passion for systems, software, and task management, bringing organization and efficiency to our operations. She coordinates maintenance and housekeeping schedules for our property portfolio, ensuring they are always well-maintained for our owners and prepared to welcome guests to a spotless, comfortable home. Her dedication to seamless scheduling and clear communication keeps our teams aligned and our properties operating at their best year-round.
Miguel serves as both a Maintenance Technician and Property Inspector, playing a key role in ensuring our properties remain in excellent condition. His responsibilities include performing essential repairs, preventive maintenance, and overseeing detailed inspections to guarantee each home meets the highest standards before guest arrivals. With decades of hands-on experience in property care, Miguel combines technical skill with a meticulous eye for detail, providing both owners and guests with peace of mind.
Outside of work, Miguel has a true green thumb—tending to hundreds of orchids and plants, a passion that reflects his patience, dedication, and love of cultivating beauty.
